FRESH PRESSED APPLE CIDER
This cider gets its fresh-picked flavour from Morgan Sweet apples, straight from our Somerset orchards. We hand press the best in a wooden roundhouse, surrounded by a beautiful walled garden, before fermenting them with wild yeast. It’s deliciously balanced, with a refreshingly crisp finish.
STRAWBERRY LINE
STRAWBERRY + APPLE CIDER
Not far from our orchards is an old railway track that leads to Cheddar Valley’s strawberry fields. Around our way it’s called ‘The Strawberry Line’. This inspired us to blend our hand-picked and hand-pressed Somerset apples with real strawberries, for a cider that’s just as refreshing but with that extra juicy punch.
